Website Terms and ConditionsThis website terms and conditions are provided to give information and services, allow clients to request estimates, and facilitate communication.
DeMoss & GutterMan LLC works to ensure that all service descriptions and availability on the Website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the website and information are available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
By submitting a request for a service estimate on the Website, you agree to provide accurate information. An estimate request does not guarantee service availability or final pricing.
Service bookings are confirmed after a formal agreement (contract service terms and conditions) is signed between you and DeMoss & GutterMan LLC. Booking inquiries through the Website are non-binding.

A 30% deposit is due before service start date on jobs above $1500.00 unless payment terms have been previously made.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job unless previous terms have been made.
We accept Cash, Check, ACH (1% fee applied up to $15.00), and Debit/Credit Card (3% fee applies)
If the client cancels, they agree to pay for all work complete up to the date of cancellation. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be adjusted and invoiced accordingly. If colored materials are ordered there may be a restock fee to cover costs of these ordered materials.

DeMoss & GutterMan LLC will provide all the tools, equipment and materials needed except for power to run our gutter machine if we are doing gutters and water if we are washing any of our customers’ home, attachments or parts of their property.
DeMoss & GutterMan is not responsible for delays caused by weather, material availability or unforeseen issues. If additional time is needed, DeMoss & GutterMan LL will work with the client to arrange an extension. If unforeseen materials are needed, DeMoss & GutterMan LLC will inform the client, who may approve or deny additional purchases.
If the client requests additional services or modifications outside the agreed service, the client understands this may lead to additional charges which DeMoss & GutterMan LLC will provide to the client for their approval. DeMoss & GutterMan LLC may also propose necessary changes due to unexpected issues, which the client must approve.
All services will be performed professionally and to industry standards.
Estimate Terms and ConditionsEstimates provided by DeMoss & GutterMan LLC are estimates and are not a guaranteed final price. Our estimates seldom deviate from the estimate unless there are changes which the client & DeMoss & GutterMan LLC agree on.
Prices are based on current material costs and labor rates. Any significant changes in material prices or availability may result in a revised estimate.
By accepting this estimate, the client authorizes DeMoss & GutterMan LLC to schedule and begin work as agreed upon in the contract service terms and conditions.
The estimate covers only preliminary assessment, specific services and materials outlined in the contract service terms and conditions. Any additional materials, work, or changes outside the initial scope of work, requested by the client or DeMoss & GutterMan LLC will require a separate estimate. Unforeseen issues discovered after work begins may result in additional charges and DeMoss & GutterMan LLC will issue an updated agreement.
