A Complete Gutter Installation Package

A new gutter system is the foundation, but the right add-ons make the difference between gutters you clean every month and gutters you barely think about. We install and pair each system with the protection and drainage accessories that fit your home.

5-Inch K Style

Most medium to small residential homes in North America use this standard 5″ K-Style gutter profile. One foot of 5″ K-Style gutter holds approximately 1.2 gallons of water.

6-Inch K Style

Boost drainage capacity with 6″ K Style gutter. Ideal for larger homes requiring more roof drainage capacity. One foot of 6″ K-Style gutter holds approximately 2.0 gallons of water.

6-Inch Half Round

Half round gutters allow for optimal water flow, leaving behind less leaves and debris. The back lip prevents overflow and locks gutter into place when overlapping one section into another.

Fascia Gutter

Fascia style gutters are specialty gutters that are often custom-made as a seamless unit that is affixed to a fascia board. The profile is flat at a shallow angle with the back being 90 degrees. It can be affixed directly to the ends of the rafters, performing the function of a fascia board.

Things to consider:

  • Higher cost: half-round gutters and their specialized hardware are often two to five times more expensive than standard K-style options.
  • Lower water capacity: their rounded shape holds less volume, making them prone to overflowing during heavy downpours.
  • Complex installation: they need specialized brackets, precise alignment, and custom hanging hardware, which increases labor time.
  • Limited guard compatibility: standard gutter guards may not fit the unique semicircle shape, requiring specific aftermarket solutions.
  • Water splashing: on steep roofs, fast-moving rainwater can overshoot or splash past the open, rounded rim.

Gutter Materials We Install

The right material depends on your roof type, local rainfall intensity, and how much ongoing maintenance you want to do. We will give you an honest recommendation based on your specific home.

Aluminum: the Workhorse of Pacific Northwest Gutters

Aluminum is the most widely installed gutter material in Oregon for good reason. It resists rust, holds paint well, and is available in a full range of profiles and colors. We fabricate seamless aluminum gutters on-site to your exact roofline length, eliminating the seams that are most likely to leak over time. Expect a lifespan of 30 to 50 years. Aluminum installations include our 2-year workmanship warranty and a lifetime product warranty.

Steel: Added Strength Where It Counts

Steel gutters carry more load than aluminum and resist physical damage from falling debris. We recommend them for homes with steep-pitch roofs and heavy tree canopies, as well as pole barns, agricultural buildings, and park complexes, where falling branches, ladders, and heavy use are a regular concern. Steel is available in a wide range of colors. Expect a lifespan of 15 to 20 years.

Steel comes in two main forms. Rolled steel has a baked-on painted finish, so its color and rust protection depend on that paint coating. Galvalume steel is coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy for corrosion resistance and is typically painted over as well. We will explain which one fits your project.

Copper: a Long-Term Investment in Curb Appeal

Copper gutters last 50+ years and develop a patina that complements older Pacific Northwest architecture naturally. The upfront cost is significantly higher than aluminum or steel, but the long lifespan makes the lifetime cost more competitive than it appears. We install copper on historic and high-end residential properties.

Considering a 6'' Half Round Gutter?

Half round profiles have a distinctive look, but there are a few tradeoffs worth knowing before you choose one:

Keep leaves, needles, and debris out of your gutters between cleanings. We fit and install guards matched to your roofline so water flows through while debris sheds off the top.

Rain Chains

A functional, decorative alternative to a standard downspout. Rain chains guide roof runoff visibly and quietly into a basin or drain, adding curb appeal to entries, porches, and courtyards while doing the job of a downspout.

Leaf Traps

Installed at the downspout, leaf traps catch debris that makes it past the gutter run before it can clog the pipe underground or at the discharge point. Easy to pop open and clear, they save a much bigger dig-out job later.
