The challenge of creating visual improvements that are also functional is a key part of why Rick Regalado loves his job with DeMoss & GutterMan, LLC. As lead person for the well-known local rain gutter and roof maintenance company, Rick enjoys communicating with clients and supervising his crews as they complete work for customers. Nothing makes Rick happier than seeing big smiles on the faces of clients, delighted with the quality of their new rain gutters! 

A native of San Antonio, Texas, Rick’s military family made their way up the West Coast, eventually landing in McMinnville. Rick spent most of his early life in the Yamhill Valley, graduating from McMinnville High School in 2005. 

Today, Rick lives in Yamhill with his wife, Kristen. The couple have four young children. When he’s not working, Rick enjoys time with his family and exploring local wine country.

Brian is a native Oregonian with family ties to the Hoyt Arboretum and the Old Hoyt Hotel. In addition to his competency and expertise in roof servicing and gutter maintenance, he is also a talented guitar player and vocalist. He enjoys fishing and being on the water, and loves spending  time with his wife, children and grandchildren. DeMoss & GutterMan, LLC takes great pride in having Brian as one of our finest assets.

Kyle has been with DeMoss & GutterMan, LLC since 2018 and has distinguished himself through hard work and initiative as a leader.  As Field Supervisor, Kyle strives to lead by example and create a positive work environment. In his spare time, Kyle loves to ride motorcycles, go fishing, and spend time with his wife and daughter.

Office Administrator

Kelley is the youngest daughter of DeMoss & GutterMan LLC's owner and this is her second time working with family.  She has worked extensively in each department here at DeMoss & GutterMan, LLC starting in estimating and moving on to gutter installation, moss removal, shop management and now office administration. Kelley's first-hand knowledge allows her to give detailed information about our services to the community, as well as being a great sounding board for our crew members. In her spare time, Kelley enjoys time with her husband and adult children. She is also  a very skilled seamstress who enjoys creating children's clothing and costumes.

Office Manager

Office Manager, Jessica, is part of the third generation of family to work at DeMoss & GutterMan, LLC.  She brings a level of knowledge and understanding of the business that is greatly needed and very appreciated.  Jessica is married to our Field Supervisor, Kyle, and together are parents to their sweet daughter.  In her spare moments, Jessica enjoys dirt biking, fishing and getting away with her family.

The Richardson family

The Richardson family moved to Yamhill in the heart of the Willamette Valley in 1975. The family had been building or remodeling houses for years as an extra source of income, so it seemed like a natural decision to purchase a small True Value Hardware store in neighboring Carlton.  Sue ran the hardware store while David started a fledgling business, DeMoss & GutterMan LLC. The goal was to get David off the road after years of driving commercial trucks. Soon DeMoss & GutterMan LLC became the predominant company so the hardware store was sold and all energy was focused on growing this new business. After a number of battles with cancer, Sue took over the helm of the company. As the company has grown, more members of the family have joined the ranks and now half the company is family. God has blessed them and they are celebrating over 41 years serving the local community, as well as branching out to neighboring counties to install, clean and maintain gutters for commercial and residential customers. They also  clean and treat roofs and other flat surfaces for moss and lichen. 

Sue is adjusting to a new status as widow, having recently lost her soulmate and husband of 59 years to cancer . When not working, Sue loves to read, play with her standard poodle Maddie, work in her flower beds and occasionally crochets.
